Acquisition doubles MGME's revenue and team size while combining Key Meetings & Events' sector expertise with MGME's global scale and specialized services
NEW YORK (July 28, 2026) — MGME, an award-winning global meetings, events and incentive travel agency and part of the InteleTravel portfolio, today announced the acquisition of Key Meetings & Events, a full-service agency with more than 35 years of experience serving private equity firms, portfolio companies and corporate clients.
The acquisition will double MGME's revenue and team size while adding Key Meetings & Events' corporate and private equity expertise and long-standing client relationships to its global meetings and events business.
Key Meetings & Events founder Heather Keenan will join MGME's Senior Leadership Team as Executive Director. Under Keenan's leadership, the San Francisco-based agency has built a loyal client base and today manages more than 40 events annually across North America and internationally. Its work spans executive meetings, investor events, conferences, annual meetings and incentive programs, with deep experience serving the complex, high-touch needs of private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
