# Fortune 500 Global Pharma Account

### CHALLENGE:

*A surprise visit from the CEO, plus inclement weather made for a logistical test for the ages.*

### SOLUTION:

MGME had to set up a game plan during the CEO’s speech to put the new plan into motion fast. We assigned staff to immediately notify the breakout sessions and direct them to a new space where we transformed the meal rooms into a last minute general session. The CEO also announced that we had to combine with another concurrent meeting happening at a hotel across town. Again, our team was able to adjust on the fly and make this happen through efficient leadership.
