### CHALLENGE:

*Our client, [HBO](https://www.hbo.com/), desired an immersive incentive experience for call center employees to celebrate achievement, while encouraging the future sale of HBO products.*

### SOLUTION:

MGME has been a proud partner with HBO and their incentive events for many years.

- Sourced, negotiated, and managed host hotel
- Managed attendee arrivals and custom check-in process
- Managed multiple food & beverage functions daily, including a fully-themed [Game of Thrones](https://www.hbo.com/game-of-thrones) reception on the beach transformed to represent the show’s iconic castles and decor.
- Held daily briefings with convention services, catering, rooming manager, security and audiovisual departments to review the day’s program and the next day’s events
- Managed onsite temporary staff
