### **CHALLENGE: **

*A Fortune 100 tech company wanted to provide the top 25% of its employees, including administrative assistants and high ranking executives, an incentive experience of a lifetime to celebrate their achievement.*

### **SOLUTION: **

- MGME managed this annual incentive program for over 10 years catering to more than 10,000 guests.
- Guest registration, email and phone inquiries with weekly reports.
- Attendee transportation, arrivals, on-site custom check-in and staffing.
- Design & creation of stage backdrops and stage build outs.
- Branding and signage around the venue.
- All video, audio and lighting production including video & audio record.
- On-site event management, including load-in, staffing, show crew, and stage management.

The client was blown away by the positive feedback. These were the highest scores ever recorded on the event.
