Investigator Meeting for Global Pharma Company

This global pharmaceutical company came to us for assistance with their first in person Investigator Meeting within the United States. Several attendees had never been to an in-person Investigator Meeting previously and they wanted to engage, educate, and inform them. The comprehensive event management included venue sourcing, pre-event registration, and full logistical coordination. Travel arrangements and reimbursements were efficiently handled for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and study coordinators, with strict adherence to compliance standards. Services included detailed compliance consulting, monitoring, and TOV reporting to ensure regulatory alignment.

MGME helped ASCD develop a diverse program consisting of 400 concurrent sessions allowing 8000 educators to personalize their learning experience. MGME supported the ASCD Director of Programming in the creation of a dynamic program that allowed educators to customize their event curriculum based upon their professional needs.

Mandalay Bay Convention Center

MGME partnered with MARBLE to design a 10x20 ft. booth for the IMEX America trade show that needed to stand out in a competitive environment of over 3,300 exhibitors. The key challenge was to create an innovative, engaging, and memorable booth experience that not only generated new leads but also fostered connections and trust in both brands, all while working within a constrained budget of under $50,000.

Amidst the glitz and glamour of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, a leading retail client's Field Leadership Meeting dazzled with epic proportions, seamlessly orchestrated by Susan Belsky, Diana Hustedt, and the MGME team. From prehistoric dinosaurs at the Partner Fair to the exclusive night at Omnia Nightclub, this event was a whirlwind of excitement, leaving attendees and executives singing praises for one of their best events ever!

Hybrid HMCC Training

MGME’s Creative and Project Management & Logistics team created a unique Hybrid VIP Experience for attendees of the HMCC course. Live attendees participated in a meet & greet lunch, private Viticus Center tour and rooftop reception. Virtual attendees participated in a moderated virtual HMCC training course and virtual tour of the Viticus Center.

4-hour networking event

MGME managed over 50 sponsors for this 4-hour networking event that took place at the new Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. We had approximately 2 months to organize the event. We had to work closely with each sponsor on their specific activations which had to be unique and fit into the run of show based on contracted deliverables and our budget.

MGME brought its expertise in production, creative direction, and logistics to support our client’s senior leadership team, creating a space for strategic collaboration and inspiration. Together, we developed a sustainability plan that infused eco-conscious practices throughout the event—from daytime sessions to evening experiences—minimizing environmental impact while maintaining excellence. A standout moment was a CSR initiative where attendees helped build artificial coral reefs, later placed in nearby waters to support marine restoration. This hands-on activity deepened team engagement and left a meaningful legacy in the local community.

MGME's creative and logistics teams managed all facets of the conference at sea. Design and implementation of registration allowing for individual cabin selection. Scheduling and logistics of seminars in restaurants that went from classroom to dining room daily. ​Managed 20 social events over 5 days, including an awards ceremony on a private island. Increased sponsor and branding opportunities resulting in record sponsorship sales. Added new activities to enhance the attendee experience.

A leading international pharmaceutical company needed a partner to provide registration, venue coordination, event planning and logistics as well as creative and production support for their hybrid Investor Strategy Day at the New York Stock Exchange. The client also needed onsite support for the event including onsite registration, meeting management, AV production and broadcast.

Hamptons Private VIP Dinner

Historic Home of Steven Gambrels

MGME chose the Hamptons for its proximity to NYC and its reputation as an exclusive destination. The private historic waterfront home of AD100 Designer Steven Gambrels was secured for the event. His stunning property has been featured in several magazines, and features select pieces from Mr. Gambrel's private art collection. Private seaplanes were chartered to provide transfers from NYC to the Hamptons, and back the following day.

Verizon’s Winner’s Circle

Hotel del Coronado

Verizon’s Winner’s Circle is an incentive that celebrates the top 5% of their sales teams. This program utilizes all MGME services soup to nuts, sourcing, program management, registration, attendee management, air, creative, and production. This was the first incentive since the pandemic and the birth of a new format: all winners nationwide to celebrate in the same place over 2 waves. It was an opportunity to reinvent the process.

Entertainment Company Incentive

Hotel del Coronado

MGME was asked by a partner in the entertainment industry to plan and execute a this fully branded incentive for 70 guests . After an extensive search the beautiful Hotel del Coronado near San Diego, CA was chosen. The three-day experience included a fully-themed Game of Thrones reception on the beach. A team of 8 sand sculptors brought to life several of the show's iconic castles and dragons to exact scale. A wonderful event attendees talked about for months after, helping build brand loyalty amongst the team. All aspects of logistics were expertly handled by MGME including sourcing attendee management and all food and beverage functions. A team of MGME staff worked with a team of local staff to make the event a resounding success. Our partner was amazed with MGME’s ability to raise the overall quality level and success of the event under a very controlled budget.
