For the third consecutive year, MGME was entrusted to design and deliver a large-scale user conference for a leading technology company focused on advancements in artificial intelligence. The client’s goal was to create a high-impact experience that inspired attendees, showcased innovation, and strengthened client relationships—all while raising the bar from previous years.

MGME brought the client’s vision to life with an expertly produced, fully immersive experience that blended technology, creativity, and seamless execution.
- Dynamic Main Stage Experience: The General Session content came to life on a 150-foot, three-part LED wall, flawlessly executed by MGME’s production team. The opening moment combined powerful visuals, lighting, and sound to fully immerse and energize attendees.
- Comprehensive Production Management: MGME operated six large ancillary presentation spaces with full production support, coordinated dozens of sponsor activations and kiosks, and managed content creation and production of all 2D and 3D graphics and video assets.
- Unforgettable Entertainment: The experience extended beyond the conference halls with two large outdoor parties featuring live entertainment on a custom-built stage integrated seamlessly within the venue’s existing infrastructure. The grand finale—a 200-unit, 8-minute drone show—delivered a breathtaking, memorable spectacle that perfectly embodied the innovation of the brand.
