From September 8–11, 2025, MGME proudly partnered with ACI World to deliver the Airport Experience Summit 2025 in Guangzhou, China—a global event uniting aviation leaders, policymakers, and innovators from around the world.
Hosting a major international summit in China presented unique challenges—from navigating language barriers to adhering to local regulations and coordinating with a wide range of international and domestic stakeholders. ACI World needed a trusted partner to manage logistics, communications, and on-site operations seamlessly across time zones and cultural contexts.
